Returns and refunds

WE ONLY HAVE WHAT WE GIVE

Standard Inventory Returns:

For the hats plucked straight from our standard inventory, if you’re having second thoughts, no hard feelings. You can send them back within 14 days from the date of receipt. A few things to note:

  • The hat should be in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags should still be attached.
  • Please make sure to send it back in its original box.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process the refund or exchange. However, if the hat shows signs of wear or is missing its tags or original box, we might have to play the ‘no refund’ card.

Custom Hat Returns:

Custom hats, tailored exclusively for you, are a symbol of our artistry and your individuality. As such, they are non-refundable once the deposit has been collected to kick-start the project.

However, if there’s an issue with the size, we get it – heads come in all sizes, and so do mistakes. Send it back, and we’ll adjust the fit to ensure it sits just right.
